During the first week of september I decided to take a break from facebook for 2 main reasons; to avoid the over the top trash talk about the election, as well as to make time for other things and unplug from some social media.
I used to be one of those people who networks ALOT from Facebook and as such I was a bit nervous. 30 days in and not panic attacks & I'm actually enjoying a change of pace from the bantering.
