Georges St-Pierre says $50 Million Figure is ‘Not True’

UFC On Fuel TV: Open Workouts

Everyone knows that a fight with Anderson Silva and Georges St-Pierre will break records. It should shatter pay per view records, if they do the game at Dallas Stadium it will shatter attendance numbers, and Silva and GSP will be the highest paid MMA fighters for one match. Rumors tore through the MMA community yesterday when it “leaked” out that GSP was reportedly asking for an astonishing 50 million dollars to make the fight happen. Turns out the story isn’t true at all.

GSP told 985Sports.ca:

“I have not been informed of this, it is not true. Nobody told me about it and I am in France now, I have not seen the article and I will not comment.”
