The Bellator Fighting Champions returns to Caesars in Atlantic City on September 28th for Bellator 74 and the beginning of their season 7 tournaments. Bellator Chairman and CEO Bjorn Rebney stated, “Atlantic City is a classic fight town and New Jersey is a hotbed for mixed martial arts, so our fans should expect another great night of fights.”
The fight card will feature the opening bouts of the season 7 welterweight tournament. Already confirmed for the tournament is Lyman “Cyborg” Good who was the season 1 winner and the first Bellator welterweight champion. Good (12-2) last competed at Bellator 64 where he needed just 13 seconds to knockout LeVon Maynard.
The main card for Bellator 74 will be televised live on MTV2 and EPIX HD beginning at 8:00pm ET. The preliminary card will stream free on Spike.com at 7:00pm ET.
