Sara McMann’s UFC Deal is “In the works”

According to the twitter of Sara McMann (6-0) she is currently in talks with UFC officials to sign a contract with the promotion. McMann is a 2004 Olympic silver medalist in freestyle wrestling, and has been walking over opponents since her professional fight. This is the first we have heard of for a potential fight for current UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey.

McMann wrote via Twitter:
“Everyone keeps asking me if I am in the @UFC. All I know is that it is ‘in the works.’ Thank you for your support ” 

UFC President Dana White has talked about getting Rousey a  fight as soon as possible, but  no date has been announced for the possible pairing.
