UFC on Fox 5 Update: Two Former UFC 151 Bouts Moved to Undercard

A pair of lightweight bouts from the recently canceled UFC 151 have been moved to the undercard of “UFC on Fox 5.” Daron Cruickshank versus Henry Martinez and Tim Means versus Abel Trujillo will now take place in Seattle. The UFC announced the switch Monday night.

Daron Cruickshank will look to build on his current five-fight winning streak when he makes his first UFC appearance since the “TUF: Live Finale,” where he defeated Chris Tickle. The TUF veteran will take on Jackson’s MMA product Henry Martinez. The hard-hitting Martinez will be looking for his second straight win when he faces Cruickshank.

Super-sized lightweight Tim Means (pictured) will look to run his current eleven-fight unbeaten streak to twelve when he takes on UFC newcomer Abel Trujillo. The 6’2″ lightweight is currently 2-0 in the UFC.

“UFC on Fox 5″ will take place December 8. The four-fight main card will be headlined by a UFC lightweight title fight between champion Benson Henderson and Nate Diaz. The card will likely decide its fourth fight for the main card in the coming weeks.
